Transformation of a blighted area into a mixed use downtown center. Working with the City through the Downtown Development Corporation currently preparing a detailed site analysis, feasibility study, alternative concepts, and master plan to provide new and expanded mixed use opportunities in the Cool Spring Street area which encompasses approximately 26 acres. Some of the other components of the project will include recreational opportunities along the banks of the Blount's Creek. These amenities would include nature walks and conservancy areas.
