Constructed on the cliffs of the Cape Fear River , Riverbluff Subdivision was designed to take advantage of the waterway. The project is a mix of condominiums located along the river and single family homes. Careful consideration was given to the location of site features due to the presents of wetland areas. The differences in topography and a drop off to the river of approximately 60 feet, presented unique challenges in the design of the roadway, utilities and storm water system.
