Twenty-eight-acre park development. Project included several sports fields, administrative building, park shelters, maintenance building, security lighting, sports lighting, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and walking trails. Project also consisted of an elevated wetlands interpretive walkway through the ruins of an historic tar and pitch factory. Parking facility consisted of approximately 300 spaces located in several parking bays throughout the site. Work included extensive grading, site permitting and ADA compliance. The work required the close cooperation of all team members, client, regulatory agencies and contractors. Project was completed in several phases.
