Major renovations and modifications to an existing park. Project included design of a multipurpose field, park shelter, maintenance security lighting, volleyball court, Frisbee golf, identity signage, and walking trails. Construction of an elevated walkway through an environmentally sensitive area was also required. Parking facility consisted of approximately 175 spaces. The entire site is ADA compliant. The work required the close cooperation of all team members, client, regulatory agencies and contractors. Crawford Design prepared and secured a $500,000 PARTF grant and provided project management, design of all improvements and construction administration.
