40,000 square foot office complex. Parking facility consisted of approximately 450 client, employee and van parking spaces located in several parking bays throughout the site. Work included extensive grading, site permitting and ADA compliance review. Furthermore, the work required the close cooperation of all team members, client, regulatory agencies and contractors. To meet the tight schedule required by the owner, the project was completed in several phases including an early site package and separate site and building packages.
