Del has approximately 29 years of combined experience with particular expertise in client / owner / contractor relations, QA/QC, project management and construction management of parks and recreation facilities. He has been the project manager, and lead designer for similar related projects ranging from $40 thousand to $2.5 million in total site construction cost. Examples of similar work include the design of Lake Rim District Park and the development of detailed plans for the NC Arsenal Park Historic Area. In addition, he co-master planned the NC Veterans Memorial Park, which was used to win an award competition for construction of the project in Cumberland County. His background also includes significant experience in the design of several high school and middle school athletic complexes.
